Do I need to change my current cameras?
Generally no. Our technology is compatible with the RTSP protocol, present in 95% of modern IP cameras (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, etc.). We only install an Edge server that processes the existing images.
Is it legal to record and analyze customers?
Yes. Our system is 'Privacy by Design'. We do not use facial recognition to identify personal identities, only analyze movement patterns and generic attributes (adult/child) for statistical purposes, complying with privacy regulations.
How does it integrate with my POS system?
We have an open API and connectors for the main ERPs and POS in the market. We can automatically cross-reference footfall data with your sales tickets to calculate conversion rates in real-time.
