## 1. iGromi OS (Core Software License)
iGromi OS is our Industrial AI Operating System. Licensing is based per Edge Node, NOT per-tag or per-user. Infinite tags and infinite users are included.

### SaaS Monthly

- Limits: Unlimited local access, unlimited tags, unlimited users.
- Features: Remote access, multi-edge centralized dashboard, real-time health monitoring, 500 AI Agent queries/day, proactive alerts (WhatsApp/Email), remote module installation, SLA < 24h support, secure VPN tunnel included.

### SaaS Annual
- Price: $1,210 USD / year (Save 1 month)
- Limits: Unlimited local access, unlimited tags, unlimited users.
- Features: Same as SaaS Monthly.

### Perpetual License (One-Shot)
- Price: $4,400 USD (One-time payment)
- Limits: Unlimited local access, unlimited tags, unlimited users.
- Features: Remote access hosted by the client (On-Prem / Own Cloud), 12 months SLA support included. Major updates (e.g. v2.0) require an active maintenance policy.
- Maintenance Fee: $660 USD / year (15% fee starting from month 13).
