Frequently asked questions

Is the app really free?

Yes. The Free plan needs no card and runs in iGromi’s cloud, separated by company. Premium and Enterprise add systems and machines, and are discussed separately.

Do you work with my current equipment?

Yes. The Edge reads PLCs, sensors and cameras you already have, read-only. For equipment without a network protocol we use non-invasive sensors.

Where does my data live?

It depends on the plan: on Free, in iGromi’s cloud separated by company; on Premium, in your own isolated cloud; on Enterprise, inside your plant with Edge or on-premise. We sign an NDA from the first contact.

Do you work outside Chile?

Yes. We operate from Chile and serve projects across Latin America, with on-site deployment depending on scope.
